Navigating what really drives leadership team performance
When: Thursday 26th March 2026 – 09.30 – 11.00 (GMT)
Description: Many organisations invest heavily in developing individual leaders, yet still find that leadership teams struggle to create the collective impact they need. Leadership teams do not just show up as job titles or functions; they show up as people, bringing relationships, histories, and human dynamics into the room alongside their formal roles. We invite you to our next interactive session on 26th March, where we will explore what enables leadership teams to move beyond individual leadership and unlock collective impact, by creating the optimum conditions for teams to perform well together. You will consider the conditions that enhance or hold-back leadership team performance and reflect on how leadership teams can be enabled to work more effectively together. The session will offer practical reflection, shared insight, and a simple, evidence-based lens you can use to engage leadership teams in meaningful conversations about performance, relationships, and collective impact. Please note this is an interactive session designed to create a reflective space for you to share your experiences as well as learn new techniques. By booking onto this event you are agreeing for Co-Creation to use your personal details as stated within it’s GDPR policy, we will only use your name and email address to contact you on any information we think you would be interested in, we would not pass on your data to external bodies.
