I work with individuals, teams and organisations to help grow capability in line with their goals. I focus on designing and delivering impactful learning activities, often using a strengths-based approach, and I am a qualified coach.

I have worked in several companies up to HR Director-level, before moving into Learning and Organisational Development with the University of Manchester. I am an ICF-qualified Coach (ACC) and a Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD). I have also worked as a Non-Executive Director with Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, and with the Manchester Camerata chamber orchestra. For several years I led the OD group of the Manchester CIPD Committee.

Outside of work, I have a son who has a considerable physical disability. I continue to be amazed at his courage and perseverance against his significant challenges. I manage to go to the gym twice a week, and I greatly enjoy pop quizzes!
