I am a professional certified coach and coach supervisor with ten years experience working with a huge variety of organisations across the world.  Coaching allows me to meet an incredibly diverse group of people at an in depth level and to appreciate the complexities of being human and the power of our minds.  I’m fascinated by people and my curiosity often helps clients to find the way forward when they’re feeling stuck.

I work with integrity and trust, allowing my clients to bring their whole, unfiltered self to the coaching space. We work together to get beneath the daily stresses that busy people face and find what is really at the core of what they need. I believe that coaching should be both an enjoyable and challenging partnership and I adapt my coaching to my client’s needs.

I am a cold water and marathon swimmer; last year I swam the English channel from Dover, UK to somewhere a few miles from the French coast - I didn’t make it to a French beach. This was a true lesson for me in life: that sometimes it is the journey and not the destination that counts!!
