Liz coaches and develops leaders and managers, develops talent strategies, and supports organisations in building emotionally intelligent cultures that thrive. After completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Liz specialised in people and organisational change by achieving a Master’s in Organisational Psychology and completing accreditation as an Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentor. She has worked in Talent, Leadership Development and Learning for over 20 years, both within large organisations (including Lloyds Banking Group, Bentley Motors, Astra Zeneca and Drax) and as a consultant across a broad spectrum of sectors

Her experience includes building Talent, Leadership and Learning strategies, implementing wide-scale Talent, Career and Leadership programmes, and working with teams and individuals to enable them to do their best work, individually and collectively. Liz is highly skilled at quickly understanding organisations and people, figuring out what’s needed to enable organisations, teams, and individuals to achieve their goals and overcome challenges, and turning that into action. This enables her to build rapport and credibility with people at all levels. Liz takes a ‘high support, high challenge’ approach to enable results to be achieved.

Over the last decade Liz has led teams, functions, departments, and strategic change. She understands the array of challenges that leaders face in creating change and taking others on that journey. She brings this empathy and understanding into the coaching process, when working 1-1 as a leadership coach as well as when implementing changes with clients. Liz really cares about the individuals, teams, and organisations she works with and enabling them to unlock their potential and be everything they’re capable of. That’s why she is passionate about working with individuals, teams and organisations who want to develop high performing leadership behaviours, engage teams, and retain talent.

By combining leadership experience with expertise in talent management, coaching, and psychology, Liz delivers empirically based, practical solutions that help individuals, teams, and organisations thrive.
