I am an Occupational/Coaching Psychologist working for organisations in the recruitment and assessment development arena since 2002.This has included designing, implementing and evaluating recruitment and development strategies and tools within public and private sector.

I am a registered Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council, a Chartered Occupational & Coaching Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society, a Professional Certified Coaching with the International Coaching Federation with a Post-Graduate Diploma Business & Personal Coaching from the University of Chester and qualified in coaching with the Centre for Coaching.

I am passionate about applying psychology to elevate businesses and individuals’ engagement and performance. In the last ten years my interest in positive psychology has strongly influenced my approach to recruitment, development and coaching.

I enjoy reading and run a very active long-standing book club – I’m always on the look-out for new suggestions especially first novels from new authors. I also enjoy playing music – both the ukulele and the piano – albeit for just for fun.
