Experiments, not outcomes. A refreshing alternative to the high-stakes, high-pressure way we usually think about growth.<\/p>\n An experiment doesn\u2019t need to be strategic or impressive. It might look like:<\/p>\n None of these requires a career change. And sometimes, that\u2019s exactly the information we need to move forward with confidence.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Career development doesn\u2019t need to be linear. What we need more of, especially in fast-paced, ever-changing organisations, is space to explore<\/strong><\/em>. And that\u2019s what small experiments offer us. It\u2019s also a gift we can offer others.<\/p>\n As leaders and managers, one of the most impactful things we can do is create room for our teams to run their own small experiments. They thrive in ambiguity.
